Initial free advice on what energy saving ideas can be achieved, providing an approved plan that is accredited and documented. This will cover any government mandatory requirements. Owners will be able to show the state of energy efficiency which will potentially add valve and the saleability to your property.
EPCs
Accredited in Energy Performance Certificates for Private/Commercial Buildings &
Legionella Risk Assessments
EPCs are mandatory in private/commercial lettings and when selling a property.
Legionella Risk Assessments are not mandatory, but some landlords may choose to do so. Persons in control of premises, such as landlords and property agents, are required by government and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) to ensure the health and safety of their tenants, which would include identifying and controlling the risks associated with legionella.
